Flight Search & Third-Party Flight Bookings

Flight Search & Third-Party Flight Bookings

Optional Flight Search After Accommodation Checkout

After completing an accommodation booking through TravelOne, our AI travel assistant may ask whether you would like support finding flight options connected to your trip.

Flight search is optional. Flight options are only displayed if you actively choose to continue to flight search.

Flights displayed through TravelOne are provided as a search, comparison, and referral service. Flight information may be supplied by third-party flight search or booking partners, such as Kiwi.com.

TravelOne may display flight options based on trip-related search criteria, such as:

  • Destination

  • Check-in date

  • Check-out date

  • Preferred travel dates

  • Other search preferences selected by you

TravelOne Is Not the Flight Merchant of Record

TravelOne does not sell, issue, operate, ticket, or act as Merchant of Record for flight bookings unless expressly stated during the booking process.

TravelOne does not automatically transfer your accommodation booking details, passenger details, payment details, or flight booking information to the third-party flight provider.

If you choose to continue with a flight option, you may be redirected to the relevant third-party provider’s website or booking environment.

Any personal information required for the flight booking, including passenger details, contact details, baggage selections, payment information, and other required information, must be entered by you directly with that third-party provider.

Flight Booking Responsibility

The flight booking contract is made directly between you and the relevant third-party provider and/or airline.

Flight booking confirmation, payment, ticketing, changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage rules, airline communication, delays, schedule changes, and customer support are handled by the relevant third-party provider and/or airline, not by TravelOne.

Any flight booking is subject to the third-party provider’s and/or airline’s own terms and conditions, fare rules, cancellation policy, refund policy, privacy policy, and customer support procedures.

Other Travel Services

Other Travel Services Provided by Third Parties

Other services may be made available through or alongside TravelOne, including:

  • Ground transportation

  • Transfers

  • Car rental

  • Activities

  • Event tickets

  • Green fees

  • Insurance

  • Other third-party services

These services may be provided, sold, operated, charged, and supported by independent third-party providers, partners, suppliers, or merchants of record.

Where a service is provided by a third party, that service is subject to the third party’s own:

  • Terms and conditions

  • Cancellation rules

  • Refund policies

  • Customer support procedures

  • Privacy policy

  • Payment terms

TravelOne is not responsible for the operation, delivery, cancellation, delay, schedule change, refund handling, or performance of third-party services unless expressly stated otherwise during the booking process or required by mandatory applicable law.

For support related to a third-party service, please contact the relevant provider, supplier, airline, transport provider, venue, organiser, partner, or merchant of record.

Separate Services & Travel Arrangements

Separate Services and Travel Arrangements

Unless expressly stated during the booking process, TravelOne does not sell accommodation, flights, transport, tickets, green fees, activities, insurance, or other services as a combined travel package.

Accommodation bookings completed through TravelOne are processed by the relevant TravelOne entity acting as Merchant of Record, as shown during checkout and/or in your booking confirmation, unless expressly stated otherwise during the booking process.

Flights and other third-party services may be displayed through TravelOne as optional search, referral, affiliate, or partner services. These services are selected by the customer and booked separately with independent third-party providers or merchants of record.

Each service may have its own:

  • Merchant of Record

  • Supplier or service provider

  • Booking confirmation

  • Payment receipt

  • Cancellation policy

  • Refund rules

  • Customer support process

  • Terms and conditions

  • Privacy policy

Linked Travel Arrangements

If a booking flow is legally considered to create a linked travel arrangement or another protected travel arrangement under applicable law, TravelOne will comply with any mandatory information, customer protection, insolvency protection, or other obligations that apply to TravelOne in that role.

A linked travel arrangement is not the same as a package travel arrangement.

Unless expressly required by applicable law, TravelOne is not responsible for the performance, cancellation, delay, refund handling, operation, or customer support of separately booked third-party services.

Nothing in this information limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Travel Insurance & Travel Requirements

Travel Insurance & Trip Protection

Unexpected situations can happen before or during travel. Depending on your booking conditions, hotel, flight, event ticket, green fee, activity, or other prepaid travel costs may be partly or fully non-refundable if you cannot travel or attend.

We strongly recommend that all customers consider comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

Travel insurance may protect you against situations such as:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Trip cancellations or delays

  • Travel disruptions

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Supplier-related interruptions

  • Unexpected illness or accident

Travel insurance is not included in your booking unless this is clearly stated during the booking process. Customers are responsible for arranging their own independent coverage through a licensed insurance provider.

Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Travel requirements vary depending on your nationality, residence, destination, and transit countries. Before traveling, you are responsible for ensuring that you have all required travel documents and approvals.

This may include:

  • Valid passport

  • Visa or transit permit

  • Electronic travel authorization, such as ESTA, ETA, ETIAS, or similar

  • Health or vaccination certificates, where required

  • Destination-specific entry forms or travel declarations

  • Proof of travel insurance, where required

Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond your intended departure date. Please check the official requirements for your destination well before traveling.

We recommend reviewing official government travel advisories, embassy websites, airline requirements, and destination authority websites before departure.

Health & Vaccination Requirements

Some destinations may require or recommend specific vaccinations, medical certificates, health declarations, or travel medications.

Customers are responsible for checking:

  • Current health advisories

  • Local entry regulations

  • Vaccination requirements

  • Recommended travel medications

  • Medical documentation requirements

Please consult official health authorities or your local healthcare provider well before traveling.

Important Travel Reminders

Before departure, we recommend that you:

  • Verify passport validity and visa requirements

  • Review all booking details

  • Check cancellation and refund conditions

  • Confirm transportation schedules

  • Check local destination rules and entry requirements

  • Ensure you have adequate travel insurance

  • Save or print your booking confirmation and travel documents

  • Contact the supplier directly for urgent on-site matters during your stay, flight, transport, event, activity, or other service
