Our platform may appear through a travel service button, link, booking flow, partner page, ticket confirmation page, or AI assistant.

Your Event or Destination Creates the Travel Need
You may be attending a sports event, concert, fair, golf round, or other experience where accommodation or travel services are relevant.
Step 02
TravelOne.ai Instantly Presents Relevant Accommodation
When TravelOne.ai is triggered, it instantly presents relevant accommodation options based on your event destination, dates, and available trip context.
TravelOne uses this information, together with your preferences where available, to display suitable accommodation options from our worldwide inventory.
Step 03
Get AI Support and Choose Your Stay
With support from TravelOne’s AI travel assistant, you can explore accommodation options that match your destination, dates, and preferences.
You can view available properties in a list or on our integrated Google map, helping you understand where each accommodation is located in relation to your event, venue, golf course, or destination.
You can also refine your selection manually using quick filters, such as location, price, availability, distance, cancellation terms, and other relevant preferences.
Step 04
You Choose and Book
If you choose to book accommodation through TravelOne, the booking is completed through the TravelOne platform.
For accommodation bookings completed through TravelOne, the relevant TravelOne entity shown during checkout and/or in your booking confirmation acts as Merchant of Record, unless expressly stated otherwise during the booking process.
Step 05
Optional Flight and Travel Services
Based on your event destination, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms, and available trip context, TravelOne’s platform intelligence may automatically search for relevant flight options connected to your trip.
Where available, these flight options may be matched to your destination, travel dates, accommodation details, and other relevant preferences.
Flight search is provided to make your travel planning easier, but booking a flight is optional. You are not required to continue with any flight option shown.
Flights and other selected travel services may be provided through third-party search, referral, affiliate, or partner services. These services are booked separately with independent third-party providers or merchants of record and are not part of your accommodation booking with TravelOne, unless expressly stated otherwise during the booking process.
