TravelOne uses your destination, dates, and preferences to display relevant accommodation options from our worldwide inventory.
Step 03
Get AI Support and Choose Your Stay
With support from TravelOne’s AI travel assistant, you can explore accommodation options that match your destination, dates, and preferences.
You can view available properties in a list or on our integrated Google map, helping you understand where each accommodation is located in relation to your event, venue, golf course, or destination.
You can also refine your selection manually using quick filters, such as location, price, availability, distance, cancellation terms, and other relevant preferences.
Step 04
You Choose and Book
If you choose to book accommodation through TravelOne, the booking is completed through the TravelOne platform.
For accommodation bookings completed through TravelOne, the relevant TravelOne entity shown during checkout and/or in your booking confirmation acts as Merchant of Record, unless expressly stated otherwise during the booking process.
Step 05
Optional Travel Services
After accommodation checkout, TravelOne’s AI assistant may ask whether you would like support finding flight options connected to your trip.
Flight search is optional and only opens if you actively choose to continue.
Flights and other selected travel services may be provided through third-party search, referral, affiliate, or partner services. These services are booked separately with independent third-party providers or merchants of record.
