It is your responsibility to review all relevant booking details before confirming your booking.
5. Booking information
Before completing a booking, you should carefully check:
destination;
hotel or accommodation name;
address and location;

number of guests;
guest names;
room type;
meal plan, if any;

Once a booking has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may be restricted by the supplier’s terms and the selected rate conditions.
6. Prices, taxes and fees
Prices shown through the Service may include or exclude taxes, fees, local charges or other costs depending on the booking flow, supplier, destination and applicable law.
The total amount payable will be shown before you complete your booking.
Some local taxes, resort fees, city taxes, deposits or incidental charges may be payable directly at the hotel or to the supplier, even where the room or travel service has been prepaid through TravelOne.
TravelOne is not responsible for additional charges imposed by hotels, local authorities, suppliers or payment providers unless expressly stated during checkout.
6.1 Pricing, availability and system errors
TravelOne reserves the right to refuse, cancel or correct a booking where the booking is affected by an obvious pricing error, availability error, technical error, supplier system error or other manifest error that a reasonable customer should have understood to be incorrect.
Where such an error is identified after payment has been received, TravelOne will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible and will provide the customer with the option to either accept the corrected booking terms, where available, or receive a refund of the amount paid, in accordance with applicable law.
TravelOne is not obliged to honour bookings affected by obvious or manifest errors, provided that TravelOne acts fairly, promptly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Depending on your location and booking flow, payment may be received by TravelOne Inc. or TravelOne International AB as the applicable Merchant of Record.
You authorize the applicable Merchant of Record and/or payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
Payment receipts may be issued separately by the payment provider. TravelOne may issue booking confirmations, vouchers and other booking-related communications separately. TravelOne does not normally store full payment card details.

Cancellation, change and refund rights depend on the selected product, supplier terms and booking conditions shown before you complete the booking.
Some bookings may be refundable until a specific deadline. Other bookings may be non-refundable.
If a booking is refundable, the cancellation deadline and refund conditions should be shown during the booking process or in the booking confirmation where available.
If a booking is non-refundable, cancellation may not result in any refund.
Refund timing may depend on supplier processing, payment provider processing, card network rules and bank processing times.
TravelOne may assist with cancellation or change requests, but TravelOne cannot guarantee that a supplier will accept a change, cancellation or refund request outside the applicable booking terms.
10. Hotel check-in, check-out and local rules
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel or accommodation provider.
Unless specific times are shown, hotel check-in is typically in the afternoon and check-out is typically before midday, but this may vary by hotel, destination and booking.
Hotels may require valid identification, a credit card, security deposit or other documentation at check-in.
TravelOne is not responsible for refusal of check-in caused by missing identification, breach of hotel rules, incorrect guest information or customer failure to comply with supplier requirements.
11. AI-powered travel concierge
TravelOne may provide an AI-powered travel concierge to help users search, compare and understand travel options.
The AI concierge may assist with travel suggestions, accommodation options, transport information, activity suggestions, distance estimates, hotel features, cancellation information and general booking guidance.
The AI concierge is an assistance tool. It may not always be accurate, complete or up to date.
Important booking details such as price, dates, location, room type, cancellation policy, supplier terms and payment amount must always be reviewed by you before completing a booking.
TravelOne is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated suggestions where the correct booking information was available during checkout or in the booking details.
