Accommodation Bookings with TravelOne
TravelOne provides support for accommodation bookings completed through the TravelOne platform.
For accommodation bookings completed through TravelOne, the relevant TravelOne entity shown during checkout and/or in your booking confirmation acts as the Merchant of Record, unless expressly stated otherwise during the booking process.
This means that TravelOne is responsible for processing or facilitating the accommodation payment, issuing or supporting the relevant payment confirmation, and assisting with accommodation booking-related questions in accordance with the applicable supplier terms.
Hotel and Accommodation Supplier Responsibility
The hotel or accommodation supplier remains responsible for delivering the accommodation service, including:
Check-in
Room allocation
Hotel operations
Property standards
On-site services
Local hotel rules and conditions
Hotel and Supplier Policies
Hotels, accommodation providers, and travel suppliers operate under their own booking, cancellation, modification, refund, and no-show policies.

Booking conditions shown at checkout
Availability, pricing, room types, cancellation terms, and booking conditions may vary depending on destination, travel dates, selected rate, and supplier availability.

If a rate is non-refundable, this means that the supplier may not allow a refund if you cancel, do not arrive, or change your plans.
If a rate includes free cancellation, the applicable cancellation deadline will be shown before booking and/or in your booking confirmation.
